Gu Xiaoman's eyes lit up at this. "Sure, then shall I take Mr. Su to look at the show flat first?"

Su Yang nodded with a smile. "Sure, but you don't have to keep calling me Mr. Su. It sounds too distant. Just call me Su Yang, or Xiao Su."

Sister Zhao sipped the coffee brought by the etiquette staff and teased him with a smile. "Then why don't you let me call you Xiao Su?"

"Uh... You can call me that too, or just call me Yangyang. Hehehe."

"Ugh, that's so cheesy."

Gu Xiaoman's lips curved as she looked at the two of them. "Mengrou, how come you never mentioned Su Yang to me before?"

"Oh, we've actually only met a few times. I'm his landlady."

"Huh? He's renting a place from you?"

"Yeah, but this guy is a hidden second-generation rich kid who's out experiencing life. Now he doesn't want to pretend anymore, so he asked if I had any friends who sold houses."

"Sure, but is there any difference between a show flat and an existing property?"

"All right. By the way, what are the prices per square meter for these two layouts in Building 3?"

As she spoke, Gu Xiaoman glanced at Zhao Mengrou. "After all, you're Mengrou's friend, which makes you my friend too. As the sales manager, I can still apply for an additional discount."

Su Yang looked at Zhao Mengrou's smug expression, then turned to Gu Xiaoman with a smile. "Then I'll thank you in advance. And Sister Mengrou, I guess this means I'm benefiting from your connections."

"Oh, right. There's another discount: after purchasing a house, the owner will be given a parking space."

After all, when a house cost several million or even over ten million yuan, giving away a parking space was only normal.

After exiting through the back door of the Sales Office, they entered a beautiful garden landscape. They crossed the garden and climbed a flight of steps. After walking a little farther, they saw Building 3 of Senhai Manor.

Gu Xiaoman led the two of them into the entrance lobby and explained, "Building 3 has two elevators serving two units per floor, one 300 square meters and one 355 square meters. This is a furnished show flat, and it's on the second floor."

Su Yang and Zhao Mengrou nodded and followed Gu Xiaoman.

Upon entering the lobby, the first thing they saw was an enormous marble screen. The entire space maintained the same color scheme as the Sales Office, and it looked equally luxurious.

After walking around the screen, the three of them entered the elevator and went up to the second floor.

Gu Xiaoman first took them to view the 300-square-meter layout.

When they reached the entrance, the first thing that caught their eyes was a dark-brown door. It looked dignified and imposing.

Gu Xiaoman stepped forward and pressed her fingerprint against it. The door opened.

"You may need to put on shoe covers." She turned and said this to the two of them.

"Sure."

After putting on the shoe covers, the three of them entered the show flat.

Looking inside, the main color scheme beyond the entrance was dominated by dark brown, along with black, white, and gray.

First was the entrance foyer. Long and narrow, it had transparent glass shoe cabinets on both sides.

At the end was a wall in a white-black-white pattern, with a highly artistic sculpture placed in the middle.

After passing through the foyer, they entered the dining and living room area.

The entire space looked incredibly spacious at a glance.

To the right of the dining room was a large open kitchen, including both a Chinese kitchen and a Western kitchen.

Beside the kitchen, directly behind the foyer, was an entire wall of glass wine cabinets, along with a multifunctional bar counter.

On the other side of the kitchen, near the balcony, was an open multifunctional room that could be used as a tea room, study, or something similar.

Then there was an enormous L-shaped floor-to-ceiling window connecting the living room and dining room. It provided 270-degree lighting, filling the home with abundant sunlight.

Outside the floor-to-ceiling windows was a large L-shaped balcony. When they had nothing else to do, they could even have a barbecue out there.

Gu Xiaoman introduced the place as she led the two of them around.

"This is basically the entire area. All the furniture is already in place."

Su Yang looked around with a smile. "Not bad, not bad. I quite like this layout."

As he spoke, he walked onto the balcony and looked down. The grounds below were beautiful, with gardens, ponds, pavilions, and all sorts of other features. The scenery of Tianxing River could be seen not far away.

Because they were on the second floor, they couldn't see the entire view. If they bought a higher floor, they would be able to take in the entire river view.

"Looks good. The interior is exactly the same as the finished property, right?"

"Yes, this is a furnished show flat. All the fixtures and facilities are identical."

"All right. Sister Zhao... Ahem, Sister Mengrou, what do you think?"

Zhao Mengrou's eyes gleamed. "It's absolutely nice. I love it."

The bedroom area was behind the living room. After walking down a very wide hallway, they reached an ordinary secondary bedroom.

On the other side of this room was another secondary bedroom. The entire layout consisted of five bedrooms, two living rooms, and three bathrooms.

Aside from the multifunctional room in the living and dining area and the master bedroom, Su Yang considered all the other bedrooms to be secondary bedrooms.

The so-called elderly room and study were just different names for them.

After viewing the secondary bedrooms, they finally reached the master bedroom at the innermost part of the entire bedroom area.

Upon entering the master bedroom and turning right, they came to the sleeping area. The entire space was enormous. To the left of the bed was an entire wall of transparent glass wardrobes, while a living room sofa was placed on the other side. Beyond that was a huge floor-to-ceiling window.

Farther inside was the master bedroom's own spacious bathroom. It had a double sink, an automatic toilet, and separate wet and dry areas. At the very back was also a huge bathtub.

Looking at the bathtub, Su Yang couldn't help imagining things.

As he thought, he said, "This bathtub is great. Very businesslike. The toilet is pretty good too."

"Why is your face red?" Zhao Mengrou suddenly asked as she watched him.

"Huh? Is it? It must be a little hot."

"How strange." Zhao Mengrou muttered under her breath.

Gu Xiaoman led the two of them out of the master bedroom's bathroom, around the sleeping area, and into the lady of the house's dressing room.

This dressing room was also enormous. Wardrobes lined the walls, with a long sofa placed in the middle.

"What do you think of this dressing room?" Gu Xiaoman asked Zhao Mengrou with a smile.

"I definitely like it. It's just a pity I can't afford it. Boo-hoo, I can only dream about it for the rest of my life."

"Hehe, Mengrou, don't you want to be the lady of this bedroom?"

Gu Xiaoman whispered into Zhao Mengrou's ear.

When Zhao Mengrou heard this, her face instantly turned red all the way to her neck. "Oh, what nonsense are you talking about? Su Yang and I are just ordinary friends. Besides, I'm several years older than him. It's impossible."

Zhao Mengrou replied in a low voice, and Su Yang didn't hear their conversation.

He turned around and saw that Zhao Mengrou's face had also flushed red.
