Entering the lobby, the first thing they saw was a massive marble screen. The entire space maintained the same color scheme as the sales office, giving it a very textured feel.

After bypassing the screen, the three took the elevator to the second floor.

Gu Xiaoman first led them to tour the 300 square meter unit.

At the entrance, the first thing that caught their eye was a dark brown door, exuding a stable and grand impression.

Gu Xiaoman stepped forward and pressed her fingerprint, and the door opened.

After putting on the shoe covers, the three entered the model unit.

Looking around, the overall color scheme inside the unit was predominantly dark brown, with accents of black, white, and gray.

At the end of the foyer was a wall, a black and white combination, with a very artistic sculpture placed in the center.

Beyond the foyer were the dining room and living room areas.

At first glance, the entire space felt very spacious.

To the right of the dining room was a large open-plan kitchen, encompassing both Chinese and Western kitchen styles.

Next to the kitchen, directly behind the foyer, was a full wall of glass wine cabinets and a multi-functional bar.

On the other side of the kitchen, near the balcony, was an open multi-purpose room that could be used as a tea room, study, or the like.

Then there was a massive L-shaped floor-to-ceiling window connecting the living room and dining room, offering 270-degree natural light and filling the interior with ample sunshine.

Outside the floor-to-ceiling window was a large L-shaped balcony, perfect for BBQs or other activities.

Gu Xiaoman continued her tour while explaining.

"That's pretty much it for this area. All the furniture is included."

Su Yang looked around with a smile, "Not bad, not bad. I quite like this unit."

As he spoke, he walked onto the balcony and looked down. The surroundings were beautiful, with gardens, ponds, pavilions, and the river view of Tianxing River not far away.

Being on the second floor, the view wasn't fully comprehensive. If they bought a higher floor, they could enjoy the entire river view.

"Okay, are these the same as the interior of the actual apartment?"

"Yes, this is the physical model unit. All the facilities are identical."

What they called a "parents' room" or "study" was just a change of name.

After touring the secondary bedrooms, they finally entered the master bedroom, located at the very back of the bedroom area.

Entering the master bedroom and turning right led to the sleeping area. The entire space was very large. To the left of the bed was a full wall of transparent glass wardrobes, to the other side was a living room sofa, and then a massive floor-to-ceiling window.

Further inside was the master bedroom's own spacious bathroom, featuring double vanities, an automatic toilet, a dry-wet separation, and a very large bathtub at the very back.

Looking at the bathtub, Su Yang couldn't help but let his imagination run wild.

As he thought, he said, "This bathtub is great, very business-like. And the toilet is nice too."

"Why is your face red?" Zhao Mengrou asked Su Yang from the side.

Gu Xiaoman led them out of the master bedroom's bathroom and around the sleeping area to the mistress's walk-in closet.
