The Panda House had no choice but to drive Xiangxiang to Jiang Siming's estate.
As soon as she got out of the car and saw Jiang Siming, Xiangxiang immediately cheered up again and began eating bamboo with great relish.
The curator smiled bitterly, then reminded Jiang Siming of some basic precautions for raising pandas before leaving.
And Xiangxiang became the family's third pet.
Unlike A'Nan and A'Li, who were dimensional creatures, Xiangxiang was a real-life creature—and a national treasure panda at that.
Even Jiang Siming himself had never expected that one day he would end up raising a giant panda at home.
The Panda House delivered a great deal of bamboo. Jiang Siming arranged it near the rockery by the entrance. As for the panda's den, there happened to be a large hollow beneath the rockery. After filling it with hay and comfortable cushions, it became Xiangxiang's new home.
It was Xiangxiang's first time at Jiang Siming's house, and she found everything incredibly novel, wandering around everywhere.
The women in the house had absolutely no resistance to her and kept petting her nonstop.
What worried Jiang Siming most was whether Xiangxiang would get along with A'Nan and A'Li.
Sure enough, the moment A'Nan and A'Li saw her, they immediately assumed hostile stances.
But to Jiang Siming's surprise, Xiangxiang shamelessly put on a submissive act and constantly tried to curry favor with the two "old residents" of the household.
Even when A'Nan beat her up, she did not resist in the slightest. This made A'Nan and A'Li lose their hostility toward her and instead take her in as a little underling.
Xiangxiang was more than happy to oblige. Before long, she had become close with A'Nan and A'Li, obediently scampering along behind them as their little follower.
Jiang Siming was dumbfounded.
