Neptune was the farthest planet from the Sun in the Solar System.

Jiang Siming had not come here to sightsee. He had come to "restock."

There were vast quantities of diamonds on Neptune, all beneath its atmosphere.

But with Earth's current level of technology, there was simply no way to pass through Neptune's atmosphere.

Neptune's atmosphere was terrifying. The outermost layer alone consisted of methane and hydrogen. Deeper in were thunderstorm clouds, followed by water-ice clouds and superheated clouds.

At its coldest, the temperature could reach minus 300 degrees Celsius, while at its hottest, it could soar past 1,200 degrees Celsius.

Even the most advanced exploration satellites might be instantly melted after entering.

That was why, to this day, humanity had not landed on a single one of the eight planets.

Even Mars, which had the lowest danger factor, had never been reached by humans. Only probes and monitoring satellites had been sent there.

The only celestial body humans had landed on was the Moon. It was the closest and safest.
