Kaido was absolutely frantic!
Damn, he had almost been killed by his own subordinate.
Jiang Siming turned around, looked up at the giant Kaido—hundreds of times taller than himself—and chuckled. "I finally get to see my companions again. Why don't you head back first and come again in three days?"
"Of course, of course, no problem. We'll come back in three days. Rest assured, no one will disturb you during these three days."
Kaido agreed readily.
"Also, send over some food and fine wine. Send plenty. My companions can really eat."
"Don't worry, Brother Kai will take care of it right away!"
With that, Kaido led his men away. Before long, his subordinates delivered a mountain of fine wine and delicacies.
They watched as Jiang Siming gave a single order, and Kaido obeyed like a grandson.
They had only wanted to pass through Wano Country, yet Kaido had beaten them until they were mentally and physically exhausted.
So this was the difference in strength? It was way too real.
Of course, none of Luffy's companions would ask Jiang Siming to help them overcome their predicament in Wano Country.
Even if Jiang Siming wanted to do it, they would not agree.
Everyone in the Straw Hat Pirates had an unyielding spirit. There was no way they would clear the stage by relying on someone else's strength.
So Jiang Siming did not even bring it up. He merely told Kaido to go back and rest for three days while he reunited with his old friends.
Jiang Siming and the former Straw Hat Pirates sat together once more, raising their cups and drinking freely.
Everyone had changed quite a bit. Luffy had grown much taller and had already mastered ultimate Armament Haki. His strength had faintly begun to surpass even the Yonko.
