Unfortunately, Christine only dared to put on an act verbally, grumbling a few complaints before tactfully slipping away.
In the past, she definitely would have found Jiang Siming irritating in every way and tried all sorts of methods to break the two of them up.
But after staying at Jiang Siming's house for a few days, her impression of him had changed drastically.
Sometimes, she even envied Taylor for being able to join them.
A lively and warm extended family like that was exactly what Christine, a lonely person at heart, yearned for most.
If Jiang Siming weren't there, she would have joined without hesitation and become their sister. Even if it meant never acting or making money again, she would have been willing.
Unfortunately, that family she longed for had an opposite-sex member, and Taylor and the others all revolved around him.
That was really damn frustrating.
Sigh, so Christine could only leave with a heavy heart.
But after all, those few days at Jiang Siming's house had helped heal the pain of losing her girlfriend.

The next day, Jiang Siming lazily emerged from Taylor's bedroom, stretched, and washed up.
When he checked the time, it was already ten in the morning.
Taylor was still catching up on sleep. She had clearly gotten carried away the previous night and, wanting to cherish their time alone, had boldly taken the initiative to "feed herself to the enemy."
