The two of them left the laboratory, found a sofa area, and sat down to chat.
When Tony and the others came over, Banner stayed far away, leaning against the wall and scratching it idly. He said, sounding a little aggrieved,
"You'd better not go over there. They don't seem to want a third party disturbing them."
Everyone took a look and realized that was indeed the case. The two of them were looking at each other, their lips never stopping, as if they were having a remarkably engaging and engrossing conversation.
With so many people standing nearby, the two of them seemed completely unaware of them. They continued discussing their own topics and occasionally laughed happily.
"All right, let's just go back and drink," Thor said.
"If you want to go, go ahead. I want to see how long they can keep talking." Black Widow spoke in a strange tone and remained where she was, her eyes filled with resentment.
Seeing this, the others all shrank their necks and hurriedly retreated several steps.
"What's wrong with her?" Captain America felt the temperature around him drop and inexplicably shivered.
Hawkeye quipped, "This is the calm before the storm."
Thor patted Captain America on the shoulder and said, "A single dog like you wouldn't understand."
Captain America immediately shot back indignantly, "Bullshit! Someone liked me seventy years ago! She even asked me out!"
Thor shrugged and asked, "And then? Did you go?"
Captain America was left speechless and couldn't be bothered to answer him.
If I hadn't been frozen in ice, I'd have a whole bunch of grandchildren by now!
Everyone stood behind them, watching from a distance and preparing to enjoy the show.
Tony was even taking pleasure in Jiang Siming's misfortune, eager to see what would happen to him.
