Besides Jiangcheng, the blueprint for Jiang Siming's new home was also completed.
The previous manor covered five thousand square meters. This time, Jiang Siming's new home covered a full 150,000 square meters!
That was thirty times the size of his old home.
It was located on Chongming Island, across the river from Jiangcheng. It would be built along the edge of the island, right beside the river.
With water in front and mountains behind, and the Chongming Island nature reserve as its backdrop, it was truly a blessed place according to feng shui.
At the center stood a super-sized mansion, resembling a towering castle. It was more than five times the size of Jiang Siming's current home.
It had seven floors and a total of 101 bedrooms.
The first three floors were for living, while the upper four contained every kind of entertainment facility.
A private cinema, private karaoke rooms, a gym, a private bar, a billiards room, a badminton hall, a table tennis hall, and more.
The rooftop terrace was also equipped with a gigantic infinity pool.
Every facility that could possibly be found indoors was available inside.
Outside the mansion was a huge artificial lake surrounding the entire building. It wound through the grounds, with pavilions and towers in the style of Suzhou gardens.
That enormous artificial lake was more than large enough to raise any freshwater fish.
Seven more buildings were arranged around the central mansion.
A domed library, a private wine cellar, a reception hall, and an indoor basketball/tennis court.
A small aquarium, a treasure pavilion, and a garage building.
The north side of the new home also included a massive ecological park. It followed the contours of the mountain and was planted with dense woods. In time, rare trees could be transplanted from deep within
