Standing in the sky, Ryan watched Hecate's retreating figure, his body wrapped in a completely renewed black robe.

Thousands of years ago, before he had opened the Spirit World, he had spoken to Cronus in the Underworld Soil about Three Conditions.

The Space-Time Origin had become the foundation of the Spirit World. The concept of the moon, allowing this naturally feminine symbol of the Spirit World to resonate with it, had become a part of Ryan.

But as for the final requirement—the net that was supposed to control the elements—Ryan seemed to have forgotten about it, never taking action.

It was not that he could not accomplish it. In fact, if he acted personally, he could weave the elemental network spanning Khaos's present world in at most one or two months. But that would actually have little meaning for him.

Like the many humanistic Divine Offices that existed now, even if the Magic Net were born, it would merely be a tool for organizing the elemental powers of the present world.

Without enough users and without enough powerful source force to fill it, the so-called Magic Net could support, at most, one holder of Weak Divine Power.

Ryan had no idea how many powers of this level he possessed. He simply lacked enough vessels to bear them. Although the Magic Net was somewhat special, there was still no need for him to create it personally.

He was the Lord of the Spirit World, not some laborer of the Spirit World. At Hecate's current pace, once she had accumulated enough power and used the Spirit World's strength to weave the Magic Net into shape, the Third Era would have arrived as well. Only when large numbers of reproducing humans appeared would the Magic Net's existence truly become evident.
