Inside the Nurturing Spirit Sect's Scripture Pavilion, there were a great many cultivation-method inheritances. Leaving aside those ordinary cultivation methods, there were, shockingly, more than a hundred Restrictive Techniques alone.
Many of these Restrictive Techniques had been collected by the Nurturing Spirit Sect from elsewhere, while nine inheritances among them had been created by the Nurturing Spirit Sect itself, carrying on from the Nurturing Spirit Art and leading into what came after.
