The five fingers gripping Superman's throat tightened once more. Vegeta's cold face showed not the slightest ripple, but in truth, he was more panicked than a Japanese machine gunner eight hundred li away.

This shouldn't be happening. The prince actually got to show off successfully?

Damn it, this isn't Dragon Ball at all!

Kakarot, where are you? Hurry up and save the day! Frieza, Cell, and Buu are teaming up, and they're about to be beaten to death by me, Vegeta!

Having shown off too hard and left the plot impossible to wrap up, Vegeta was panicking like crazy. In his heart, he cried out for some hero on Earth to step forward quickly. Any later, and he'd burst out laughing.

Vegeta's worries were unnecessary. He had underestimated Superman's will. Faced with an enemy powerful beyond compare, Superman might feel fear, but he would never give up.

In the depths of despair, a speck of red light ignited on Superman's body. Starting from his chest, it gradually spread through his limbs and torso until his entire body became as dazzling as the sun.

Scorching air waves came roaring in. Vegeta felt as though he were gripping a red-hot iron bar. Crying out in pain, he hurriedly released his hand, raised an arm to block the blinding light, and flickered backward in rapid succession.

"What is this? Superman can transform too?" Vegeta squeezed his eyes shut. Through his sense of qi, he discovered that every cell in Superman's body was madly releasing energy. The golden-red energy was filled with heat and light, powerful to a horrifying degree.

"Justice and freedom... will never submit to evil!"

Scarlet Heat Vision fired at full power. With Superman's explosive roar, two red beams smashed Vegeta into the sky with irresistible force.
