When he had first summoned Gilgamesh, Tohsaka Tokiomi had been brimming with confidence. He believed victory in this Holy Grail War was already assured. The King of Heroes' Noble Phantasms surpassed those of every other Servant; there simply could not be a Heroic Spirit stronger than him.

And that was indeed true. If they were compared to cards, the King of Heroes who had descended as an Archer was a golden legendary SSR, while everyone else could at best be considered super-rare SRs. But gradually, Tohsaka Tokiomi realized that what he had summoned was not a Servant, but a father. Gilgamesh was even harder to please than he had imagined. It was an illness known as being a "king."

Just like now, Tohsaka Tokiomi possessed the strongest Archer, along with his disciple Kirei Kotomine's Assassin. One was responsible for gathering intelligence, while the other crushed enemies in battle. There was no possibility of failure.

Even more fortunately, four Servants had gathered in the center of the harbor: Saber, Lancer, Rider, and Berserker.
