Zhang Rongfang learned that powerful outsiders were heading toward Wushan Prefecture and hurried there, where Sang Lan and Yuan Feng sought a Wooden Puppet tied to A Kuan. After Yuan Feng badly wounded Ran Xin Yue, Heavenly Maiden Tong Zhang and Dongfang Mu arrived to confront them.

• Xue Tong warned Zhang Rongfang that the scattered Blood Descendants were building new factions, then began asking him for help leaving Wish Woman Canyon before their connection abruptly failed.
• Sang Lan and Yuan Feng passed Wish Woman Canyon on their way to Wushan Prefecture, and Zhang Rongfang followed their trail after finding their footprints pointed toward the city.
