Uneven buildings and graffiti, chaos and a lack of rules defined this place. It had the highest crime rate in town, and the police only came when someone was killed.
Andrew, with his permed hair and tattoos, had no face to show at the Potential Institute today. As the longtime leader of the Advanced Potential Institute, he had been beaten black and blue by a kid from the first batch in front of countless disciples in the institute cafeteria yesterday. One side of his face was still swollen badly, and it throbbed faintly even now.

A rather elegant two-story building stood beside the road. A neon sign hung above the entrance, reading, "Monica's Long Legs." A dark-skinned woman with an excellent figure sat at the entrance, soliciting customers.
