Alpha Star System, Sealed Planet
The Sealed Planet was a gas giant, the largest type of planet in volume. It had no atmosphere; it was composed of nitrogen, ammonia, and a special mixed energy gas.
It was unstable, constantly shifting between extremely high and extremely low temperatures.
Yet precisely because of this unstable state, the planet's form had achieved another kind of stability.
Whenever one planetary gas created an extreme environment, another corresponding gas would neutralize that environment before the gas planet began to collapse, then drive it toward the opposite extreme.
Because the planet's environment was constantly changing, the "mechanical devices" on it were easily damaged.
Signals were also severely disrupted.
But these changes had limits.
And now, those limits were being destroyed.
Like a surging tide, the nebula instantly submerged the gas planet. Under the tremendous impact, the ammonia on its surface was torn apart in an instant. The fragments flew everywhere through the nebula, then ignited on the spot into clouds of fire, boiling and erupting under even greater pressure.
By contrast, stimulated by the terrifying external pressure, the liquid nitrogen inside the planet rapidly contracted. Water froze into ice, and glaciers visibly took shape one after another.
Rolling clouds of fire above and layers of glaciers below formed a planetary miracle.
Yet under the pressure from outside, the planetary materials continued to decompose. In the end, they revealed Lolita's true form: a "supercomputer" comparable to a Sky Fortress. It was larger than an ordinary planetary computer, covered in rust. Many parts had cracked after being frozen solid, while the rest was riddled with rust. Its shape did not resemble a "mechanical mother city" either, but rather a "large astronomical observatory."
