Ragnar, the former leader of the Dark Elves, did not participate in the war.
The Kun's Son clan, the Dark Elves, and most of the Orgrimmar people had likewise stayed out of the war.
They were all carbon-based species from the faction.
It was a very wise decision.
When faced with a nomadic alliance that was practically a natural disaster, carbon-based species could easily be assimilated.
Just look at those "strong men of every race."
The mechanical species, on the other hand, were fine.
Huang Yuanli, who had returned from the battlefield, proved this as well.
According to her, the battlefield contained an extremely powerful gene-conversion magnetic field. At the very least, one had to reach the extreme biological level to avoid being easily transformed.
Aside from managing the Dark Elves, Ragnar was currently also in charge of the "Gene Court."
A "court" of a Level Three civilization naturally was not a place for wild parties all day. Instead, it was responsible for a species' vital genetic preservation, research, and evolutionary work.
Although the scope of research was still very limited, the framework had already been established.
As a former civilization leader—and especially as a former leader who had failed at species evolution—Ragnar was actually very experienced in this field.
He pondered for a moment before speaking:
"Although I've never been to the battlefield, we've collected at least eight hundred, if not a thousand, corpses of Level Three species from the front lines. Their racial genes are different, but I can still sense some familiar elements."
Gao Gong nodded, unsurprised.
"So, species evolution succeeded?"
The cannon fodder were all maxed out at Level 90. Even some space races with powerful bloodlines were not this impressive.
The reason was actually very simple.
"Yes, and it evolved more than once." Ragnar's expression
