In the vacuum of space at the outskirts of the Shattered World, a figure suddenly appeared, floating in midair.
It was a humanoid creature, but it had four arms, each as thick as its thighs. Aside from that, its entire body was covered in fine gray scales. Starting from its feet, the scales grew even thicker over certain vital areas, such as its armpits, lower jaw, and groin.
Even its face was crowded with scales.
The creature had three faces. Each face possessed a fist-sized eyeball and a slightly smaller black nose. The spaces between the faces were covered in fine "wrinkles." These "wrinkles" seemed to have replaced its ears as auditory organs.
Its body was covered with "dimensional cages" of various sizes. These "cages" were specially made spatial devices. Their levels were not high, but they were among the few spatial devices capable of holding living creatures, and their internal space was sufficiently large.
The vertical pupil in the middle face of the strange humanoid suddenly lit up. The next moment, its six-fingered hand shook nimbly, reaching into a dimensional cage and hauling out an alien species resembling "Big Orange." This pseudo-dimensional beast opened its mouth wide and swallowed the creature in one bite. Then space rippled, and even the dimensional bag vanished.
Almost at the same time, walls of abandoned code rose from the ground one after another, sealing off the surrounding space. Endless layers of code spread over everything like a vast ocean, swallowing the spatial coordinates of the "humanoid creature."
Two figures made of virtual data appeared above the sea of data. One resembled a human and a bird, its entire body burning with terrifying virtual flames. The other was slender and frail, composed entirely of even more complex virtual source code.
