Treasure?
High Engineer was slightly taken aback. For this renowned collector of the nearby starfields to acknowledge something as a "treasure," it had to be extremely valuable.
But he wasn't that kind of person!
Ever since confirming that the other party was a "Supreme Being," High Engineer, as a low-level mechanical lackey of the Ancient Machinery Civilization and the Purple Giant Star's trusted enforcer, had resolved to put the interests of civilization first. He absolutely couldn't eat from the pot while eyeing what was in the bowl.
Still... taking a look couldn't hurt. What if it really was some kind of treasure?
High Engineer shamelessly nodded.
If there was something wrong with it, his own eye for such things would probably spot it. If there was nothing wrong with the treasure, he could simply get it for free!
"Patrick Star" leaped down from beneath the Golden Throne. His stubby legs flapped rapidly as he gestured for High Engineer to follow.
The two left the Golden Hall. The sky was pitch-black. There was no wind, no clouds, and certainly no artificial atmosphere.
Although "Patrick Star's" methods were bizarre and powerful—using "planetary dimensional rotation" to refresh one new planet after another—this ability had its limits as well.
For example, after comprehending "planetary magnetic-field control," High Engineer immediately sensed that this "planetary space" had no magnetic field. Its capacity was limited, too. For instance, the height of the "real space" could not exceed the atmosphere.
Once it exceeded the atmosphere, it might cause the "planetary space" to become unstable or even collapse.
In short, it was a "virtual hard drive" in the form of a space.
"Patrick Star" extended a tender tentacle. In the next moment, a spatial fluctuation powerful enough to shock even High Engineer erupted.
The space within the atmosphere was
