The God of Liches—Visarrun.

He was a vain, selfish, narrow-minded, calculating deity who haggled over every last detail. Obsessed with all manner of experiments involving life and death, he cared nothing for the fate of those [lesser creatures]. In many ways, he still acted much like a mortal, except that the power at his command was now far greater.

When Visarrun was still mortal, he had been a renegade Red Wizard and one of Szass Tam's chief enemies.

Later, during his research, he received guidance from the Lord of Storms and ascended from mortal to deity using the method the Lord of Storms taught him.
