This building, the size of a human city, was mounted on huge stone rollers, allowing it to cruise across the entire layer, towed by tens of thousands of slaves pillaged from the Prime Material Plane and other planes. Roughly estimated, this palace cruised in a counterclockwise direction past the three permanent campsites of this realm every year, stopping midway near the gigantic corpse of the dormant Obyrith Demon Lord Bachar so that Yeenoghu could hold telepathic discussions with him, and finally replenishing at the Gathering Gate to replace the slaves who died from overwork in dragging the capital of this layer, with most of the dead slaves becoming rations for the gnolls.
The entire City of Yeenoghu moved in a counterclockwise direction.
However, this city was the palace belonging to the Gnoll King; aside from this, there were three permanent campsites in this layer, which were the places where a large number of slaves and gnolls were kept in captivity.
