The light grew dimmer and dimmer. Soren gradually entered the dense forest, where the cries of various animals came from all around. There was even a small elk, warily watching its surroundings and occasionally lowering its head to graze. When it noticed the shadow where Soren stood, it immediately fled outward in alarm. Untouched by humans, the wilderness teemed with beasts. The thick grassy vegetation greatly increased their numbers; sometimes, you could even catch wild rabbits in the Farmland.

The Kobolds' gathering place should be very close.
Kobolds were small reptilian Humanoids with cowardly yet brutal tendencies. Their bodies were covered in scaly skin ranging from dark rust-red to black, which offered a degree of protection. Their eyes were red, and they possessed decent night vision, along with tails that could not curl. Most Kobolds were raggedly dressed. They favored red and orange, stripping clothes from corpses to wear. They stood roughly three feet tall and weighed around fifty pounds.
Kobolds could speak Draconic, though they still sounded like little dogs. Like Lizardfolk, they were oviparous and hatched in broods, so they were frequently encountered in the wilderness.
Do not underestimate these little creatures because of their size. Ordinary Kobolds were more capable in combat than Commoners. Though they were not very strong, they were fairly nimble, with Dexterity scores reaching around 13 to 15. They also possessed the innate talents of miners and Trap Making. Most Kobolds could make simple traps, such as tripwires and Pit Traps. Naturally timid, Kobolds generally did not act alone. They often appeared in groups of three to five, attacking when they outnumbered their enemies two to one. If
