The God of Hunt—Malar.

This deity was known as the King of Beasts and the Beast of Black Blood. The strongest evidence of his descent into the mortal world was the widespread activity of his hunting followers, who had attacked creatures in the Elven Forest and even provoked an adult dragon. The God of Hunt possessed a special power. He, too, could strengthen himself through slaughter, though not by gaining improvements the way Soren did. Instead, he used Hunt Rituals to strengthen his divine power.

True deities possessed a divine rank that could store divine power points.

In reality, however, the divine power reserves of most deities were not full, because reaching that limit was difficult for any deity. Even deities with greater divinity had capacities far exceeding their actual reserves. Soren, for example, currently had a divine rank value of 15 and could store up to 300 divine power points, a ratio of roughly 1:20. In practice, though, his reserves rarely exceeded 100 points.

Other deities were much the same.

The only way to replenish divine power reserves easily was to convert the power of a God's Realm, but doing so consumed the realm's power to fuel the deity.

There was a saying.

"Within their own realms, deities possess almost limitless power!"

Within their God's Realms, deities could draw divine power points to replenish themselves. As long as their realms survived, their power was inexhaustible. That was why so many deities with [quasi-divinity] and [lesser divinity] had survived the cruelties of history. Even deities with [greater divinity] dared not rashly invade another deity's realm. Once they entered the enemy's home territory, their own power was constantly depleted, while their enemy could replenish theirs endlessly through their realm.
