It was simply clear water with a faint green tint if one looked closely, though even that was merely an illusion created by its concentrated life energy. The Water of Life contained immense power and was the finest healing Wondrous Item on the Material Plane. However, completely changing someone's Constitution required a considerable quantity. Treants had always used the Water of Life to cultivate Ancient Tree Sages. Its concentrated vitality could help Treants advance into Tree Shepherds and Nature Guardians more quickly.
