(Fututu caught a cold. The side story won't be updated until the day after tomorrow.)
After crossing a stretch of barren Gobi Desert, they emerged on the other side.
The land ahead was noticeably greener. The soil here began to grow fertile, and a few Druids appeared along the way.
They were High-tier Druids seeking the "Way of Nature."
When a devastating catastrophe struck the natural world, the Father of Oaks had chosen to sacrifice himself, expending his Greater Divinity to save the environment. Because of this, every year, some Druids on the verge of entering the legendary domain traveled to the Eastern Realm. The Eastern Realm was deeply influenced by the "Way of Nature," so one could often encounter legendary professionals there who pursued something akin to the ancient state of "Harmony between Man and Nature." Among those who practiced these legendary classes were ordinary people drawn by the divine power the Father of Oaks had left behind.
They sought a balance between nature and humanity.
Many people with lofty ideals tried to save the lands affected and devastated by the Death Desert, gradually restoring the Eastern Realm's ravaged natural environment.
The collision of civilizations gave rise to new developments.
On the other side of the continent, the Druid Order was at odds with many organizations, believing that they endlessly plundered natural resources and destroyed the environment and balance of the natural world. In the Eastern Realm, however, where the natural environment had long since suffered severe collapse, Druids and Monks got along quite well. The "Way of Nature" pursued by Druids bore great similarities to the "Harmony between Man and Nature" pursued by Monks. Both were professionals who valued spiritual pursuits above material things.
Beyond the Gobi Desert lay an Oak Forest stretching for dozens of miles.
