A Trip to the Hospital, I Might Need to Take Leave

My arm and shoulder ached badly. It might be frozen shoulder from not exercising for a long time and holding the same position constantly. It hurt whenever I moved, and sometimes it hurt badly even when I stayed still. I needed to go to the hospital and get it checked out.
