Regarding Finishing the Novel

Because of my health, although I've felt better these past two days, my mental state is far worse than before. My brain just isn't working properly anymore. After finishing a chapter today, when I think back on it the next day, it feels strange.

Today, after writing halfway through and stopping to think about the later plot, I considered it over and over and decided to make a change.

My original plan was to write some plot after the protagonist advanced to Great Divine Power, but thinking about it now, I'll forget it.

It's difficult to write in the first place. Great Divine Power is too high a level; it has to feel suitably grand. It's like the protagonist becoming a saint in a xianxia novel. A straightforward invincible power-fantasy style is easy to write in the early stages, but difficult in the late stages. It would feel out of place, and I'm not good at writing that kind of story anyway.

So after thinking it over, I'm planning to revise the draft, fill in all the major plot holes, and end the novel once the protagonist advances to Great Divine Power. I won't write what comes after that.
