Kurama agreed to the plan and negotiated for Arcane Crystals, while Satoru hoped to borrow the sealed Chakra for research.

Satoru was assigned to impersonate Minato at the Fourth Hokage’s inauguration because Minato was incapacitated. Meanwhile, Madara learned of the Guardian Council and prepared a powerful White Zetsu sacrifice for his next move.
