Those who made it to the end are probably all longtime fans.

I've updated continuously for 897 days without missing a day. That probably counts as a fairly long-running one on Tomato.

Let's talk about my thoughts on this book. I started writing it four months before graduating college, after reading an urban mind-voice novel.

Back then, I wondered what it would be like if that premise were placed in a cultivation world.

The beginning was incredibly convoluted. I tried every possible way to build anticipation and stir up resentment, only to write a steaming pile of mess.

After taking the readers' advice and revising it a second time, the bad reviews finally dropped by quite a bit.

Honestly, when I first started this book, I never imagined it would run this long, haha...

But as the characters grew richer and richer, and my ideas grew bigger and bigger, by the middle of it, I vaguely started to feel like I couldn't rein it in anymore.

I like using emotions as an anchor to drive the plot. By the middle and later stages, I was also afraid that any unevenness among the female leads would affect the reading experience.

Fortunately... the readers still really enjoyed the daily-life stuff, especially with a little naughty content added in... Ahem!

As for why I didn't write the Upper Realm in detail, by the time the story reached this stage, it no longer had the original main plotline. There was no point in endlessly looping one nested doll inside another.

And there was no way to add new female leads either. That wouldn't have been fair to the original heroines.
