However, it was a World Civilization with an exceptionally prosperous economy, maintaining ties with many large and Mid-Level World Civilizations in the Surrounding Starfield, as well as certain Top-Level Civilizations deep in the distant starry sky.
The enormous quantities of resources the Cosmos Great World delivered and paid as tribute to the Minghe Empire every hundred years were also an astronomical figure.
The Minghe Empire had never dealt the Cosmos Great World a fatal blow because many Noble Families within the empire were too deeply entangled with it.
If they truly crushed it in one stroke, setting aside whether the final spoils of war would meet everyone's expectations, the interests of many powerful figures in the Minghe Empire would certainly suffer.
In the eyes of many Minghe Empire powerhouses, keeping the Cosmos Great World around brought greater returns than erasing it outright.
It was a hen that laid golden eggs.
And the Fourth Pharaoh King's second proposal—forming assassination squads to launch surprise assaults on Wizard Civilization Dominators—was not particularly perfect either.
The Wizard Star Region was, after all, Wizard Civilization's home ground.
