One important reason the Immortal Domain Civilization could spare enough forces to successfully relieve the Immortal Domain Legions in the Golden Mountain Great World was that it had abandoned numerous Cultivation World fronts on the Central Battlefield.
For instance, with Master Tongtian, Xu Changqing, General Feipeng, and the others gone, the many Cultivation Worlds under the protection of the Intercept Sect, the Shu Mountain Sword Sect, and the Central Celestial Court no longer had any chance of resisting the Evil Tide Army's invasion, having lost so much of their highest-level strength.
