The more righteous and impassioned Only-I Venerable sounded, the more decisively the Myriad Transformations Celestial Venerable World's legions withdrew.
In this counteroffensive war against the Evil Tide, the Myriad Transformations Celestial Venerable World had suffered the least losses among the Demon Subjugation Alliance's legions.
Not a single Celestial Venerable had fallen. Only two had sustained minor injuries, one of them being Tian Hua Venerable.
However, two of the Demon Subjugation Alliance's Large Planes that had followed the Myriad Transformations Celestial Venerable World into action had suffered dreadful misfortune.
Each had lost a Dominator-class Being—a pain these Large World Civilizations could scarcely bear.
This was especially true for certain World Civilizations with shallow foundations, which possessed only one Dominator-class Being.
For worlds like those, if their own Dominator fell, it was as though the heavens had collapsed!
But things were different for the other World Civilizations of the Demon Subjugation Alliance.
For example, after the Dominators of those two Large Worlds had fallen, Only-I Venerable, acting on Tian Hua Venerable's suggestion, accepted more than half the assets of one of those Large World Civilizations.
"Accepted" was not quite the right word. "Aid" would have been more appropriate.
The Myriad Transformations Celestial Venerable World dispatched corresponding legions to garrison the many Plane Worlds within that large star region, assisting the other side in resisting the coming threat of Evil Tide invasion.
With the Myriad Transformations Celestial Venerable World setting such an example, the other World Civilizations followed suit.
The Nine Stars Civilization was the first Demon Subjugation Alliance giant to notice this situation. Star Radiance Envoy Oren wanted to stop it, but the Demon Subjugation Alliance was no longer what it had been when it consisted of only three members.
The increasingly bloated alliance body had made the Demon Subjugation Alliance's internal
