Simply by comparing the number of Level 4 and above beings at this Alliance Assembly with the number that had attended the previous Wizard Alliance Assembly, one could see just how much Wizard Civilization had lost in the Civilization War of recent years.
At this Wizard Alliance Assembly, there were only a little over a hundred thousand Wizard Civilization beings above Level 4 present in Howling Stone World.
While this did not mean that half of Wizard Civilization's powerhouses had fallen, it still proved a great many things.
