The Decayed Civilization's ability to devise something as unimaginable as time-space traversal was not solely the achievement of Prophet of Radiance Saliya. Aurora had also contributed greatly to the process.
This included Mandara, the Half-Nine powerhouse who had half-joined the Decayed Civilization. Only by contributing the Source Tracing Stone in her possession had she enabled Saliya to glimpse part of the fundamental mysteries of the Time-based Law.
Why "half-joined"?
Because that woman Mandara had never possessed much sense of belonging to the Decayed Civilization.
She dreamed of returning to her original time dimension.
Even her willingness to lend the Source Tracing Stone to Saliya, nominally join the Decayed Civilization, and participate in several of the Decayed Civilization's wars stemmed from a promise the Enlightenment Prophet had once made to her.
Not to mention Half-Nine and Level-8 Peak beings—even when one normally reached the Level-8 Late-Stage realm, the Decayed Civilization could not simply convert such a powerhouse completely to its own camp for nothing.
The other party also had to be willing and do so of their own accord, like Liè Chǐ Demon Ancestor and his ilk.
This was also the greatest difference between the Power of Decay and Evil Tide Power.
One was silent and pervasive, but its effects were relatively weak.
The other was far more coercive and targeted.
Even among those Alien Creatures that had been demonized, the overwhelming majority only transformed into Evil Tide Lifeforms after the Evil Tide Civilization had thoroughly occupied those Plane Worlds and demonized their Plane Origins.
The demonized Demon Emperors were the same. Each had been beaten severely and captured by the Evil Tide Civilization before falling into the Evil Tide camp.
