In truth, the overwhelming majority of Wizard Alliance lifeforms were fairly satisfied with that brief intermission.
The previous high-frequency meetings had already become more than some Level-4-and-above lifeforms from Alliance Planes could bear.
More importantly, certain powerful Level-4 lifeforms from Alien Worlds that followed paths of passive evolution simply could not understand more than two-thirds of the content covered at the Alliance Assembly!
This was truly tormenting!
They could sense that these Assembly topics might be intimately connected to them. Perhaps one topic contained an opportunity meant for them, or perhaps another concealed a pitfall they would need to watch out for in the future.
Yet precisely because they could not understand, because it was so important to them, and because listening made them drowsy, these Wizard Alliance lifeforms could not help growing even more anxious.
During such an intermission, these Assembly attendees hurriedly sought out their backers, or Alien World gods they knew well. Perhaps a few of them understood the subject matter, allowing them to quickly exchange and share information.
Moreover, only the Wizard Alliance Assembly could gather so many peak, formidable Dominators in one place.
When else would such a sight be seen?
The intermission of the Wizard Alliance Assembly also, in a roundabout way, extended the Assembly's proceedings somewhat, allowing those middle- and lower-level lifeforms to see what the high-level Dominators were like in their ordinary states.
This was also a precious opportunity for them to learn and pay their respects.
