Ever since Salamander Grek sent invitations to the various civilizations and organized the trade conference, Cross-dimensional Plane passages had opened one after another around the outskirts of Bewilderment Time-Space.
Mechanical Civilization, Destruction Divine Kingdom, Limitless Time-Space, and Eternal Day Time-Space were the first major forces to arrive.
Those that arrived afterward included representatives from the All-Gods Temple of Evil Swamp Time-Space, the surviving civilizations of Demon Cave Time-Space, as well as an even greater number of Top-Level Civilizations possessing Level-9 Beings and Super Powers civilizations with Transcendence Realm experts holding the fort.
Salamander Grek had originally only wanted to seize the opportunity after the Dark Universe Time-Space war had just ended to facilitate a relatively large-scale resource exchange.
After all, every side had obtained quite a bit of good stuff during the war, yet a considerable portion of it might not necessarily suit their own use. Rather than leave it in warehouses gathering dust, they might as well take it out and exchange it for what each side needed.
However, even Salamander Grek himself had not expected that this trade conference would ultimately attract so many civilizations to participate!
Just the rule registers responsible for recording the guests from each side had already condensed into countless volumes before the trade conference officially opened.

A rule spiderweb covering several starfields was laid out by it in the center of Bewilderment Time-Space. Different trading zones were separated from one another by Spider Silk, and some materials with stronger pollution or that easily caused rule conflicts would also be sealed into independent spaces separately.
