As far as the eye could see, everything was reduced to a blinding scarlet.
Countless heads surged forward, savage faces appearing and vanishing amid the tide as they charged ahead.
Using rusted iron shields or their own bodies, the hordes braved the heavy machine guns' sweeping fire and threw themselves behind the fortifications and trenches.
A burly one-eyed giant swung its battle axe, cleaving apart the defenders before it along with their obstructive Power Armor. Fire rose from the corpses; grenade flames swallowed it. Soon, the burning giant staggered madly out of the blaze, raised a severed corpse in its hand, greedily gulped down blood, and roared:
"Blood to the fallen kingdom, souls to the abyss!!!"
Behind it, an innumerable horde howled excitedly.
Yet amid those howls came a trembling echo.
A rumble from above the Sky Dome.
A vast shadow covered their faces, making them blankly raise their eyes to the sky. They saw only a black dot rapidly growing larger, breaking through the blockade of thunder, fire, and depth as it spun down from above.
As though it were...

Amid a thunderous crash through the air, the pitch-black iron ball shook the earth, bounced, rolled, and crushed out a deep trench. After countless pieces of red-hot armor fell away from its frame, a Giant Turtle covered head to toe in azure scales slowly emerged from within.
Ripples rose across the sea of blood.
It stepped forward.
Its four pillar-like legs moved ahead. Though the drop was only a dozen meters or so, when its massive leg came down, it unleashed a terrifying shockwave no less fearsome than its previous descent.
With an explosive roar, a hurricane spread outward.
It swept up a tide of bones and blood.
The dragon turtle raised its head, its
