Linsey raised a hand to shield his eyes and looked up at the sky.
The effects of Tears of the Firmament kept the storm and heavy rain from reaching Linsey, leaving his body somewhat dry.
But the surrounding air grew increasingly damp, while the sky became completely covered by a blue-violet canopy.
The skies of the Starry Sea world had always hung low.
Now, a rare torrential rain descended. The falling raindrops carried specks of starlight, as though the stars in the sky were plunging down like meteors. A magnificent riot of color filled Linsey's vision.

"Should this count as a storm, or a meteor shower?"
The sight before him was dreamlike.
After marveling at it, Linsey hurriedly pulled out his camera and recorded the scene.
Only then did he take out some basic blocks and build a platform above the water behind him.
Most of the Starry Sea was covered in water and consisted of shallow shoals. Linsey easily finished building this fishing platform.
After all, based on his previous experience with the Fishing King,
he guessed that a battle would follow. Building a platform now might come in handy later.
"Alright!"
Once he was finished, Linsey flexed his wrists.
He leaped onto the platform he had built, switched to his Fishing Rod, and cast it forward.

The hook fell beneath the surface alongside the starlight.
Perhaps because he had fished so much in the Starry Sea,
on this meteor shower night, Linsey's first pull was unusually not a piece of trash. Instead, he reeled in a stone chest radiating purple light.
Seeing the haul he had hoped for, a delighted smile immediately appeared on Linsey's lips.
