Pain...

Darkness...

Endless rage surges and churns within a vast consciousness.

Though he can sense his own existence, he cannot open his eyes to see, cannot use his ears to hear, and cannot even bend a finger; it is as if everything once familiar and instinctive has been stripped away from him.

Yet his spirit is expanding, like a power grid suddenly electrified, flowing and unfolding in an instant, whistling as it sweeps into every corner.

Here... is the core of a planet.

Here... is the supreme origin.

Sarodar.

This name emerges with profound clarity in his mind; it is his new name.

A Titan World Soul, the greatest miraculous existence in the universe, is the infant form of a Titan.

Well, to be precise, it is not even an infant form; at best, it is a Titan embryo, still in the process of developing.

The memories of Earth remain incredibly vivid, as do the memories of being human.

Although he does not know how all this happened, he wants to remember: his name is Hu Feng, he comes from Earth, and he was once an ordinary person. No matter what he becomes, he must never lose his original self.

The ideal is grand, but reality is harsh. Before Hu Feng can even solidify his resolve, an intensely violent pain sweeps through his spirit.

He wants to scream but cannot; his flesh feels as if it is melting and tearing apart.

Two strange energies from the outside are ravaging his defenseless Titan World Soul.

Ink-green energy spreads along the right side of his body, the burning sensation of Fel Flame never ceasing.

It seems the will of the master of this power has deviated; the Fel corruption is corrupting the Titan World Soul rather than killing him.

The ink-green energy churns and surges within the World Soul, and the Titan body formed of divine power begins to show signs of Fel corruption. The energy spreads like cracks across the right side of the Titan, traveling upward until it finally converges in his right eye.

A mass of intensely concentrated, god-level Fel Flame burns fiercely in the eye socket, while a pair of curved demonic horns grows from his forehead. The surface of the horns is covered in trench-like patterns, with ink-green Fel Flame flowing through them like water.

Another pitch-black energy is not to be outdone. After the Fel corruption takes hold of the right side of the Titan's body, the pitch-black Void spreads as well, beginning to corrode the left side.

At the same time, a burst of frantic whispering echoes within the Titan World Soul's spirit. The whispering seems to possess the ability to twist one's will; it wants to make this World Soul fall, to become a servant to its master.

The corrosion brought by the Void is incredibly cold, accompanied by a soul-searing pain.

But like the former, the Void fails. Its master's will has shifted here; the pain brought by the Void does not make the Titan World Soul yield to the whispering, but instead ignites an incredibly strong desire to survive and a deeply hidden potential.

Just like the Fel, the Void corrodes the Titan's body, but simultaneously clings to it. While assimilating the body, it also begins to spread upward, finally condensing into a mass of concentrated Void Flame in the left eye socket.

The originally ink-green demonic horns also begin to change. It seems the two sources are incompatible, both wanting to seize dominance and force the other out. This internal conflict causes Sarodar to feel another wave of intense pain.

However, the pain comes and goes quickly. The golden Titan's divine power, triggered by the desire to survive, begins to intervene in this self-destructive struggle.

The divine power reconciles the two energy sources, barely keeping them in a state of peaceful coexistence. Now, on the demonic horns, the pitch-black Void coils around like a water snake, echoing the Fel Flame within the patterns on the horns' surface.

One on the left, one on the right, one green and one black, with the purest golden divine power churning in the middle.

At this moment, his spirit feels as if it has boarded a rocket, suddenly expanding outward.

Hu Feng finally "sees" something.

It is the planet he inhabits, a dark gray, incredibly cold and silent world, hanging lonely at the edge of this star system, firmly held by the gravity of the star at the center.

He... has become an oviparous creature. This planet is his egg, and he is located at the very center of the planet's core.

And the area surrounding the planet at this moment—that is the focus and the problem.

On one side, ink-green Fel Flame churns and burns in the cosmic void, its scale so vast it feels like standing by the ocean.

Countless strange creatures form an incredibly fierce and brutal army. The innate ancestral memories of the Titan World Soul immediately provide the answer: they are demons, all kinds of demons.

The Burning Legion, composed of demons, is a dark army that desires to burn the entire universe to ash. Their hearts are filled with the desire for destruction and ruin; they kill for the sake of killing and wage war for the sake of war.

At the very front of the Legion stands a towering giant.

The giant holds a greatsword that is broken in half, his body surging with god-level Fel Flame, and his eyes burning fiercely with two masses of intensely concentrated Fel.

He is the Dark Titan Sargeras, once the greatest warrior of the Pantheon, now a traitor, the destroyer of Myriad Ages, and the burner of the universe.

From this Dark Titan, one can faintly discern a trace of his former sanctity and order. Now, he is perfect yet evil; as a Titan, even in his fall, that aura of endless majesty still rolls forth.

On the other side of the planet lies boundless darkness, like pitch-black ink where one cannot see their own fingers.

In the pitch-black Void, countless sharp and incredibly cold eyes flicker. A small portion watches the Dark Titan on the other side, but the vast majority are fixed on the planet in the middle, which is currently suffering under the ravages of energy.

They are the Void Lords, the embodiment of the Void will. Countless worlds have fallen into silent nothingness under the devouring of the Void, and vast stretches of the cosmic void have returned to eternal extinction under its consumption.

They are like the malignant parasites of this universe, devouring everything of the host until nothing remains.

As for the Dark Titan Sargeras, he once fought for countless years alongside his kin in the Pantheon. They traveled across the universe, bringing order and even life to planets.

At the same time, the Titans of the Pantheon fought against the Void Lords, attempting to destroy them and forever thwart the Void Lords' plan to return the universe to nothingness.

But Sargeras gradually discovered that the Pantheon's approach was futile and wrong. The war was failing, sliding into an endless abyss, yet his kin were unwilling to adopt more effective countermeasures.

The Void Lords created flesh-parasites known as Old Gods. They are like parasites of planets; once they burrow into a planet, they infect the entire world at an incredible speed, turning it into a hell of flesh. Then, all things yield to those maddening whispers, eventually heading toward eternal nothingness.

The Void Lords continuously release Old Gods into the universe, constantly eroding one habitable planet after another, and even planets where Titan World Souls are gestating.

If a Titan World Soul were also to be corrupted, it would be an even greater catastrophe.

The Pantheon was already overwhelmed; if a corrupted kin were to emerge and use the power of a Titan against them, then this war could truly be considered over.

Thus, Sargeras departed from the Pantheon. Before leaving, he rebuked his kin, and they, in turn, branded him the fallen Betrayer.

Sargeras left resolutely, releasing a race of demons he had once defeated and planned to imprison forever: the Nathrezim, also known as Dreadlords.

These cunning demons pledged their loyalty to Sargeras, promising to assist him in realizing his new plan: to burn everything.

Since this universe was the soil upon which the Void Lords relied for survival, he would burn it all to ash, leaving the Void Lords nowhere to corrupt and nowhere to survive.

Then, the universe would be reborn from the ruins, returning once more to purity.

Following the advice of the Dreadlords, Sargeras proceeded to release all the demons he had ever defeated, commanding them to assemble an infinite demonic army, which he then named the Burning Legion.

Next, Sargeras led the Burning Legion to begin the grand undertaking of burning the entire universe, while simultaneously intercepting the actions of the Void Lords everywhere, especially on those planets harboring corrupted world souls.

Although killing his unborn kin caused Sargeras immense pain, he firmly believed it was necessary.

A Titan must never be reduced to a mindless servant of the Void Lords!

Until now, discovering that he had arrived a step too late and that the corruption of the Void had already seeped deep into the world soul before him, Sargeras decided to slay this unborn kin, and thus, Fel Energy surged forth.

And the defenseless Titan World Soul, Sarodar, witnessed the situation surrounding his planetary egg.

Must run!
