After returning to Wutong Village, Chen Sheng used his panel to rapidly strengthen himself and became Li Chenghu’s disciple at Xing Wu Martial Arts Hall. He learned Five Elements Fist, sought more demanding training, and ended the stretch facing armed accomplices after helping pursue a robber.

• Chen Sheng returned to Wutong Village, began training with the panel, and joined Jason Gym, where Brother Qiang noticed his rapid improvement.
• Chen Sheng met Li Chenghu, learned about the Tide Rising Era and qi, practiced Three-Body Stance, and accepted Li Chenghu as his master after Li Chenghu warned him about the risks.
• Chen Sheng joined Xing Wu Martial Arts Hall, met Li Xingwu and Wu Ran, and trained in Three-Body Stance and Five Elements Fist under Shi Jian.
• Chen Sheng watched Wu Ran quickly defeat Shi Jian in sparring and learned that Li Xingwu had begun expelling disciples who performed poorly.

Chen Sheng advanced rapidly through martial arts, survived a deadly confrontation with Shen Ziming’s pursuer, and became a coach for the Martial Security Bureau. The stretch left him stronger and newly equipped with the Eye of Truth, while Li Qian and Guo Yang plotted against him after the tournament.

• Chen Sheng demonstrated his martial arts progress to Shi Jian, sparred with Guo Yang, and reached Bright Force before Li Xingwu rejected his request to become a Personal Disciple.
• After Li Xingwu accused him of conspiring to take Tiger Leopard Thunder Sound, Chen Sheng left the school with Li Chenghu’s support, and Shi Jian quit as well.
• Chen Sheng discovered that Xu Ziwen was Shen Ziming and rescued him from the Pig-Face Man, whom he killed after a fierce fight.
• Chen Sheng recovered through training, accepted Li Chenghu’s offer to teach martial arts, and began coaching recruits at the Martial Security Bureau.
• Chen Sheng defeated Wang Dazhuang and Liu Ming, then taught the recruits the San Ti Stance and Five Elements Fist.

Chen Sheng uncovered Shen Ziming’s legacy, advanced through the Eagle Body Sect’s techniques, and killed Guo Yang and the organization’s intruders. He left the arc preparing to enter Fuhai Province’s deadly Martial Arts Tournament for resources and a chance to advance.

• A Faceless Man searched Chen Sheng’s home for a Breathing Technique, but Chen Sheng ambushed and killed him, then found Shen Ziming’s warning and the address of the Eagle Body Sect’s Body Forging Art.
• Chen Sheng dug up Shen Ziming’s hidden money, perfected the San Ti Stance, and followed the Martial Security Bureau’s raid on the Mysterious Organization’s chemical plant.
• Chen Sheng rescued Shen Ziming, killed Wang Kang, Wang Jian, and Li Qian, then learned from Shen that true Celestials were believed to be immortal and hostile to humanity.
• Chen Sheng met Zhou Li and agreed to look after the Eagle Body Sect, then evaded Guo Yang’s attack and discovered that the Martial Arts Association had withheld the sect’s spirit herbs.
• Chen Sheng took spirit herbs from Gao Sheng’s safe, reached Transforming Force, and used spirit medicine to advance the Eagle Form Breathing Art and awaken his transformative power.
• Chen Sheng killed Dog-Faced Man and Faceless Man when they tried to steal the sect’s medicine, then learned from Zhou Li that winning the provincial Martial Arts Tournament could earn a Spirit Seed.
• Guo Yang and two Dog-faced Men attacked Chen Sheng, but Chen Sheng killed the intruders and defeated Guo Yang, who confessed that Hai XianSheng had left the province as an Entering Realm Martial Artist.
• Chen Sheng disposed of the remains and asked Zhou Li to help him enter the Martial Arts Tournament, and Zhou Li finally agreed.

Chen Sheng grew stronger beneath the waterfall, uncovered a sealed cave containing ancient humans and a Celestial being, and fled with Zhou Li before the Martial Arts Tournament. At the tournament, Chen Sheng won his way into the Tier C area, then perfected Rabbit's Breath as Zhou Tairan recognized his extraordinary Breathing State.

• Chen Sheng told Li Chenghu that he had killed several attackers, then slipped out of the hospital and joined Zhou Li for training at the waterfall.
• Chen Sheng trained beneath the waterfall, upgraded the Harpy Breathing Technique to its third stage, and grew dramatically stronger.
• Chen Sheng fought Chen Liang and Xu Ying, learned they were searching for a Celestial Secret Treasure, and forced Chen Liang to scout the hidden cave beneath the river.
• Chen Sheng entered the sealed cave, endured its dangerous pressure and breathing rhythm, and discovered ancient humans frozen in ice before escaping with Chen Liang's corpse.
• Chen Sheng found Profound Darkness True Martial on his status panel, then left with Zhou Li and practiced Rabbit's Breath while waiting for the tournament.
• Zhou Li registered Chen Sheng late for the Martial Arts Tournament, and Chen Sheng arrived after the tournament had begun.
• Chen Sheng defeated Bai Wuyi and a string of other challengers, reaching eleven victories and advancing with Zhou Li to the Tier C area.
• Chen Sheng perfected Rabbit's Breath, transformed into a towering figure, and caught the attention of Zhou Tairan, who recognized his Breathing State.
