S-sure, the skill Treasure Ghost just used really did look and feel a lot like Darkness Shadow Control, but that was Treasure Ghost! A basic-level pet beast! How could it possibly learn a high-level skill?!
Had it been an intermediate Ghost-type pet beast instead, he would have believed it.
