Before the man could react, a flurry of punches and kicks rained down on him.

The shorter man was startled and let out a shriek before turning and fleeing.

The taller man clutched his head and curled up on the rain-soaked ground. He could protect his head, but not his stomach and thighs, so he could only cry out in pain and beg for mercy.
After venting the anger that had been bottled up in her chest, Su Qiao felt much more relaxed and finally stopped.
However, she was exhausted too, and her breathing was unsteady.
