"Is this what you call hunting?" Xiao Jingsheng was genuinely astonished.
He had never heard of such a method of hunting before. It had practically opened the door to a whole new world for him.
Su Qiao shot him a sidelong glance. "As long as we catch prey, who cares how we do it?"

Xiao Jingsheng thought for a moment, then stared at her with burning eyes. "You're amazing."
He had always respected truly powerful people.
He would never look down on someone just because she was a woman.
He was not a petty-minded man.
"Of course I'm amazing."
Su Qiao accepted his praise without the slightest embarrassment.
She clapped her hands, picked up her backpack, and slung it over her shoulders. "All right, hurry up. Tie the rabbits and bamboo rats tightly with vines. Don't let them get away."
"Oh, right. Do you want those snakes too?"
Looking at the snakes Su Qiao was pointing to, Xiao Jingsheng swallowed.
