Desperate screams and indiscriminate slaughter, friend and foe alike, as though the soldiers had been possessed by demons... The Guardian Army had fallen into a tremendous disaster.

The ones who witnessed this large-scale camp frenzy were not limited to those within the Guardian Army who experienced it firsthand.

The reconnaissance squad of the First Battalion, Third Company, Marine Corps, Arda Navy, had been ordered to approach the Guardian Army's camp under cover of night and conduct reconnaissance, providing intelligence for the planned retaliatory operation.

The soldiers concealed themselves among the bushes and silently watched the distant scene, something they had never witnessed before.
