Unlike Misora, who used the extremely difficult-to-wield Magic Cannon Sword, Riko used a very typical long-range attack weapon—the Magic Rifle.
Generally speaking, there were three types of long-range Magical Alchemical Weapons.
One was the Magic Rifle, one was the Magic Bow, and one was the Magic Cannon.
As their names suggested, they were rifle-type, bow-type, and cannon-type Magical Alchemical Weapons, respectively.
Although they came in many varieties—for example, Magic Rifles included both pistol types and Sniper Rifle types, and their ranges and power differed completely depending on the type—their attack categories were basically the same. They all infused Magical Alchemical Weapons with mana and used rune inscriptions to form magic bullets or magic shells for attacks.
Chloe used the latter: a Magic Cannon Staff. It had the highest firepower and was the strongest type among the many back-row weapons. Combined with Chloe's own abilities, a single shot could blast apart an entire legion of Demon Scarabs, its destructive power nearly rivaling the full-force strike of a Second Generation or Third Generation vampire's beast.
As for Riko, she used a Sniper Rifle-type Magic Rifle focused on precision shooting. Its power was relatively low, but it possessed tremendous lethality and penetrating force.
Thus, when Riko deployed her protective suit and equipped the dress-style armor, while also gripping her Magical Alchemical Weapon, the muzzle of the pitch-black Sniper Rifle began to pulse with mana.
That was the Magical Alchemical Weapon Riko used—"Athena."

The next moment, Riko pulled the trigger repeatedly without hesitation. Bullets formed from mana tore through space like beams of light, blasting toward the mud puppets of the Demon Scarabs rushing at her.
"Boom!" "Boom!" "Boom!" "Boom!" "Boom!"
Before long, amid a series of explosions, the mud puppets of the Demon Scarabs were struck by magic
