Logically speaking, such an important place should have had Aerial Combat Martial Arts Festival officials standing by, monitoring the progress of the Aerial Combat Martial Arts Festival while controlling the operation of all kinds of equipment. This place had also been designated as the only location on the Ninth Artificial Sky Island that the Aerial Combat Martial Arts Festival contestants were forbidden from entering.
