While everyone else was asleep, Luo Zhen and Naoha put on their FullDive machines and descended once more upon the land known as Alfheim.
"How was it? You finished your bath, right?"
Luo Zhen asked Leafa this.
However, Leafa's reaction was somewhat strange.
"Finished, finished, finished... I finished...!"
Leafa looked as though she felt guilty about something, or perhaps as if she didn't dare look at Luo Zhen. Her eyes darted about, her pretty face flushed, and she seemed completely flustered.
In particular, Leafa's gaze landed on Luo Zhen's mouth for a brief moment. Her face immediately turned even redder, and she hurriedly turned her head, even turning her back to look behind her. She didn't dare meet Luo Zhen's eyes face-to-face at all.
"What's wrong with you?"
Luo Zhen was puzzled.
No matter how clever he was, Luo Zhen ultimately couldn't understand everything. Unless he completely mastered Mind's Eye and could freely wield its power at the perfected level, seeing through everything in the world's past, present, and future, it would be asking far too much of him to learn what Leafa was thinking from a single reaction.
