Just as Leafa had introduced it earlier, there wasn't the slightest bit of light here.
Darkness swirled all around them. They could not see a single thing or gauge the distance to anything, let alone make their way forward. In such an environment, it was simply impossible.
Fortunately, this world had not only all kinds of items, but also a power known as magic.
In the dark cavern, as an incantation rang out, a light emerged from a slender, jade-like hand, faintly illuminating the surroundings.
"Phew." Leafa let out a breath and said, "Now we can at least see a little."
Holding the light in her hand, Leafa said this to Luo Zhen behind her.
"Is that so?" Luo Zhen sounded rather unimpressed. "Even after using this kind of magic, the visible range is still quite narrow."
At most, the light that shone from Leafa's hand could illuminate things within a radius of a few meters. Beyond that, they still could not see a thing, leaving them practically blind despite having their eyes open.
In other words, even with magic, it was more or less the same as having an extra torch.
"Stop complaining." Leafa rolled her eyes. "Wind Attribute Magic, which Wind Elves excel at, isn't suited for this kind of place in the first place."
Based on the differing traits of each race, the Wind Elves' Wind Attribute Magic was relatively balanced in every aspect. It could handle attacks, defense, confusion, buffs, and healing alike, but precisely because it covered every area, its effects were naturally somewhat mediocre.
