This day happened to be a school holiday.
After his previous deal with Kikuoka Seijiro, Luo Zhen still went to the temporary school specially established by the state, becoming a high school student and enrolling there.
He was accompanied not only by Kirito, but also by Asuna, Liz, Silika, and the others. All of them had entered the school as SAO survivors.
In other words, it had been nearly a year since Luo Zhen and the others had started attending the temporary school together.
The same was true of the days they spent adventuring in the new ALO. Many things had changed. Calling it a case of changing times and changing people might have been an exaggeration, but with full-dive technology becoming widespread, a great many things were indeed changing.
Since today was a holiday, Luo Zhen had already arranged to explore a new training-ground map in the new ALO with everyone. Barring any accidents, he probably wouldn't log out for the entire day except to eat, drink, and use the bathroom.
Unfortunately, before that, Luo Zhen received a phone call.
"Why don't we meet up?"
A somewhat ingratiating voice came from the phone, making Luo Zhen, who had been roused by the ringtone and had just crawled out of bed, extremely displeased.
