"Pssh!"
Amid the hiss of escaping steam, the Spiritron Transfer devices known as "Coffins" opened one after another, allowing the people inside to emerge.
Luo Zhen opened his eyes and stood on the floor of the Central Control Room. Gazing at the familiar scenery before him, he muttered softly, as if announcing that everything had finally come to an end.
"We're back."
Luo Zhen and the others had successfully returned to Chaldea from the Sixth Singularity.
Taking a closer look, everyone except Luo Zhen noticed that the Servants who had come to Chaldea for the first time were also expressing their amazement one after another.
"So this is Chaldea?"
Serenity looked around curiously.
"I see. I can indeed sense an unusual atmosphere here."
Artoria〔Alter〕gave a calm response.
"It's nothing special."
Joan of Arc〔Alter〕was somewhat arrogant, but there was not the slightest hint of rejection in her expression or eyes. Clearly, she was not truly displeased with Chaldea.
"Fou!"
Besides them, a small white beast leaped out of a Coffin and landed on the floor, looking as though it had returned to its own territory.
"Fou came back with us too. That's wonderful."
Mashu, who had changed back into her Chaldea uniform, looked at Fou and spoke with relief.
The mysterious little white beast was as willful as ever. After entering a Singularity, it would often disappear, then suddenly reappear. Its presence rose and fell unpredictably, and sometimes even Luo Zhen and Mashu would forget that it existed. No one had any idea what it was doing, yet it always managed to make it back in time for the returning Spiritron Transfer. It was truly baffling in every possible way.
Overall, though, everyone had returned safely this time. They had even brought back three powerful Servants, so
