A while later, after a frantic scramble, Kyoko hurriedly finished putting on all her clothes.
Even so, Kyoko's face remained flushed. She no longer dared let her gaze linger on Luo Zhen, and her eyes kept wandering uneasily.
But even as her gaze wandered, Kyoko stroked the Contract Mark on the back of her hand, shocked in her heart.
Now that the Contract had been completed, Kyoko had become Luo Zhen's shikigami. The Contract had connected a spiritual-power channel between them, allowing her to sense Luo Zhen's spiritual power.
Kyoko could feel that, on the other side of the spiritual-power channel, a terrifying force was surging—something she could never have imagined, something she hardly dared believe existed.
That spiritual power was as vast as an ocean and as endless as the stars of the universe. It gave Kyoko the illusion that she had become incomparably tiny, as though she might be swallowed up if she was not careful, and her heart was shaken again and again.

Little did she know that even the gods probably could not possess magic power (spiritual power) on the scale that Luo Zhen did.
More frightening still, Luo Zhen's magic power (spiritual power) would continue to grow and generate itself until it reached true infinity.
By then, all mysteries might be made manifest before Luo Zhen.
Now that Kyoko was Luo Zhen's shikigami, she could borrow part of his spiritual power through the spiritual-power channel.
Of course, Kyoko could not borrow much. Limited by the Contract's level, the spiritual-power channel formed through the shikigami Contract could not yet
