"----"
This battered battlefield had finally suffered a truly devastating blow.
Previously, the many Servants and inhuman beings had rampaged across this battlefield, causing enormous destruction. That much was beyond question.
However, that destruction had merely changed the forms of existing things.
The rocks had shattered, but they had not disappeared. They had merely become countless fragments.
The ground had shattered, but it had not disappeared. It had merely become countless pieces of rubble.
The flames had burned the trees to nothing, but they had left behind ashes.
The lightning had vaporized the atmosphere, but it had left behind scorched smoke.
The fierce battle that had unfolded across this battlefield had ultimately caused tremendous damage. Restoring this land to its original state would have been impossible without at least a century.
Yet those were still things that could recover. The vitality of everything had not truly been cut off.
But at this moment, when the sword of destruction, gathering terrifying energy, descended...
Everything really was, just as the words implied—"completely destroyed."
"Rumble—!"
A thunderous roar rang out.
The band of light that had swelled from the three-colored Light Sword and reached straight into the clouds swept downward. Everything in its path was utterly destroyed.
The rocks did not become fragments. They were directly annihilated.
The ground did not become rubble. It simply vanished.
Whether it was the atmosphere, magecraft, or sunlight, the moment they touched that terrifying band of light, they evaporated completely, as though they had been cut out of this world.
The scene was almost as if a portion of the world itself were gradually being shaved away. It was horrifying beyond words.
"----!"
The Servants cried out one after another, but their voices were drowned out by a rumble like the world's wail.
"----!"
Solomon's pupils contracted.
